About You

You are naturally organised and reliable, with a high attention to detail. You are passionate about craft & design and would like to support the operation and growth of a small creative practice. You are comfortable working independently and communicating with warmth and clarity, especially through written messages. You thrive in a role that nurtures and sustains the heart of a creative community. Proactivity and follow-through come naturally to you. Experience with ceramics is essential.

Most importantly, you are comfortable working alongside a neurodivergent creative with a unique, non-linear style. Your kindness, flexibility, and steady presence will be invaluable in this partnership.

A Note on Communication & Collaboration

At the heart of this role is meaningful connection and creativity. You will ensure our student community is supported through clear and thoughtful written communication.

Working closely with me, you will bring structure to a growing studio, with multiple exciting facets. If you value kindness, professionalism, and genuine connections, this role will be a perfect fit.
