Welcome back to my studio for those who have previously attended one of my workshops. This time, we will build upon the foundation laid during our earlier sessions and delve deeper into the coiling process. In Level 2, I will guide you through each step of transforming your envisioned forms from paper to life, refining your coiling technique along the way. By the end of this workshop, you'll have the skills to shape clay according to your vision, gaining control over the outcome rather than simply following the clay's natural tendencies. Please note that this workshop is exclusively designed for those who have participated in at least one of my Two Days Workshops (Level 1) in London or abroad. Limited to a maximum of 8 participants, all materials are provided, and firing costs are included. Your work will be fired on your behalf, with collection details arranged via email at a later date. Kindly note that these forms require a slow drying cycle to ensure even shrinkage and prevent cracks. Therefore, please anticipate an 8-week wait before your piece is fired and ready for collection. The workshop will be held at the studio: Unit 9D, Queen's Yard, E9 5EN, London. Each session will last 4 hours, running from 10 am to 2 pm. Kindly note that you will be asked to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the workshop. You will receive an invoice via email. Please note that to ensure the smooth operation of the studio and secure a calm creative practice, those classes are not refundable and it is not possible to reschedule sessions on other times.
